Wow I love this site!!! The quote from Thich Naht Han ” Struggle in Our Bodies and in Our Mind ” is pure joy to read. It summarizes so well the difference between the folks I see who are always bummed out and those who deal well with life’s trials and tribulations. All of these are wise words, and often it is harder to put these into practice.
