Smoothie Detox Recipe

The detox involves following the whole foods eating recommendations for lunch and dinner and drinking the smoothie for breakfast. Below is the detox smoothie recipe and info on each ingredient.

DETOX SMOOTHIE RECIPE

1. Biocleanse Powder (Biogenesis) – 2 scoops
2. Intestinal Repair Powder (Biogenesis) – 2 tsp ®
3. Progreens (AR) / Nanogreens Powder (Biopharm) – 1 scoop ®
4. Ultradophillus Powder (Douglas) – ½ teaspoon ®
5. Flax Seed Oil (Barleans)/Pro-omega Oil (Nordic) – 1 Tbsp ®
6. Ultra Fiber Powder (Biogenesis) – 1 scoop ®

Add the above to the following and blend thoroughly with a blender:

raspberries1. 12 – 16 oz of purifed water
2.  A small amount of nut milk, soymilk or rice milk can be added for a fuller favor
as optional.
3. ¼ – ½ cup of frozen berries or fruit
4. Optional to add another ½ – 1 piece of fruit

Instructions for Drinking the Smoothie:

1. Refrigerate all supplies labeled with ®
2. Drink slowly over 30 – 60 minutes. This is a MEAL.
3.  It has 20 grams of protein and can be considered a meal replacement for breakfast.
If you are still hungry you can have a breakfast, or add some yogurt to the drink to
make it more filling.
4. Drink it at breakfast, as it is very energizing.

    if i want to detox, for how long should i drink this smoothie for breakfast? is this what we should take to detox for a few days every year?
