1. Use toothpastes without fluoride, saccharine, and sugar.
2. Use deodorants without aluminum in them. Best to avoid antiperspirants.
3. Avoid Lotions, oils and soaps with mineral oil or petrolatum products. It is best to use organic oil based products for skin hair. An example of a body oil could be almond oil base with vitamin E and some essential oil for a scent.
4. Try to use shampoo that doesn’t use sodium laurel sulfate as a base.
5. Get 20 minutes of direct sunlight per day. Don’t where sunglasses. Eyes do not need to be directly in the sun. Clouds are OK. This full spectrum light it great for the pineal gland.
6. Use full spectrum white light bulbs in you office and house when possible. Avoid flourenscent light bulbs.
7. Use a head set when using your cell phone and keep phone as far away from you as possible .
8. Use radiation guard on your computer screen when possible. Keeping a cloth bag of Epsom salts near your monitor draws the excess radiation from you.
9. Sleep and Rest cannot be underestimated. It is necessary to get 8-10 hours of sleep during normal periods. It is necessary to get 10-12 hours of sleep during time of illness and recovery.
10. It is best to sleep when it is dark and be awake during the day for proper body rhythms to function.
